Present in MENA countries, OTO is a multi-language, All-in-one Shipping Management Software that helps Ecommerce Stores and Omnichannel brands to ship their e-commerce orders seamlessly with 180+ shipping companies locally and internationally. Welcome on board!<br><br>OTO is now on the hunt for an Associate Product Manager, who will work alongside a growing Product Team. You will bring your expertise and enthusiasm into the team, and drive OTO growth into MENA Market. We are looking for someone who is highly enthusiastic, energetic and results driven.<br><br>Tasks<br><br>You will be responsible for<br><ul><li>Develop a deep understanding of our customers and users by regularly conducting user research, reviewing product metrics, and following industry trends.</li><li>Work with other product leaders to build and maintain a roadmap for your product area that aligns with company and product objectives.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to connect the dots in our data and across various input sources to derive insights that will help us improve our product.</li><li>Work with usage data and analytics to track product rollouts and feature efficacy.</li><li>Balance the considerations of engineering, sales, marketing, support, success, operations, and finance in creating holistic solutions to customer problems.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Requirements<br><br></u></strong>For this role, it is essential that you:<br><ul><li>2+ years of Product Management experience</li><li>You are organized, results-driven and process-oriented</li><li>You are a creative product thinker who loves collaborating with other teams to build products that create tangible and measurable value.</li><li>An understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery</li><li>You are also a strategic thinker who keeps the company’s goals in mind when making decisions.</li><li>You care about good design and design thinking</li><li>You are an excellent written and verbal communicator<br></li></ul>It will be considered a big plus if you:<br><ul><li>Have international experience</li><li>Have previously worked in fast-growing SaaS start-ups</li></ul>Location:<br><br>In OTO, we have adapted the Remote Working culture, where we work from home, favourite coffee shop, on the beach, or at an art museum!
