<br><br><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise and training to enable them to sell the product. This involves printed and electronic promotional material, product training, and relevant clinical papers.</li><li>Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors products.</li><li>Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in Clinical Research and Regulatory to address any issues that may arise.</li><li>Close liaison with the field force to assess the response to and suitability of current promotional material and to ensure that the printed promotional material is being used optimally.</li><li>Work on developing loyal key customers through professional scientific visits to supply product information, collect feedback, build company-customer strong relationship.</li><li>Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.</li><li>Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions. Either conduct this research with in-house staff or manage an outside agency ie initial identification of suitable partner, definition of responsibilities, communication plan, divisions of responsibility, milestones, contract with company, review transcripts and reports, and recommend action plans from the research.</li><li>Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan and for controlling advertising, promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan.</li><li>Responsible for preparing product forecasts, and constantly monitoring inventory levels held at central and interstate warehouses including liaison with production (locally and globally) to ensure supply timelines.</li><li>Liaise with the advertising agency regarding the product campaign including journal advertising, direct mail and conferences.</li><li>Analyzes historical new product launches, and reports on vitality rates.</li><li>Manage products digital marketing.</li><li>Conducts analysis and periodical reviews of the brand, competitive, category, customer and consumer trends to enhance the brand’s equity and marketplace performance.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience needed:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor degree of pharmacy</li><li>Senior level Medical Representatives are most welcome</li><li>previous marketing experience is in an added value.</li><li>Hospital business experience is a plus</li><li>MBA holder is a plus</li></ul><p><strong>Skills required:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong leadership skills</li><li>Professional analytical thinking and problem solving ability</li><li>Ability to influence, persuade and convince</li><li>Drive for results; the drive to put energy into achieving results and take actions to exceed goals</li><li>Striving for continuous improvement</li><li>Anticipate the needs and expectations of customers</li><li>Able to cope with stress and change</li><li>Excellent strategic planning &amp; execution for business plan</li><li>Ability to communicate commercial value of products to target audience</li><li>Excellent communication, advanced presentation and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong collaborative ability and dedication to team accomplishment</li><li>Creativity &amp; Innovation is needed</li><li>Excellent computer skills</li></ul><p><br></p>
