<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong><strong>Job Overview:<br><br></strong>The Associate Logistics & Trade Comp Spec is responsible for utilizing existing Logistics & Trade Compliance procedures to solve routine or standard problems. They receive instruction, guidance, and direction from others within the team, and they will leverage their conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures related to Logistics & Trade Compliance, and Supply Chain.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Key Tasks and Responsibilities:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Review, audit, and verify all Logistics Service Providers’ invoices to ensure compliance</li><li>Monitor and record all invoice records and ensure KPIs are met</li><li>Reject all invoices with missing records and/or incorrect charges and ensure the logistic service provider is continuously updated on invoice rejection and status</li><li>Ensure proper follow-up is done to resolve any disputed invoices on time</li><li>Ensure LTC managers’ approvals are obtained on time</li><li>Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly LTC accounts management report</li><li>Reconcile monthly Logistic Service Provider SOAs</li><li>Liaise with Finance Departments to ensure that all Logistics Service Providers’ invoices are approved on time for payment<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Essential Qualifications and Education:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Supply Chain</li><li>1 to 2 years of experience dealing with Capital Project Logistics, or a combination of experience and education</li><li>Must have heavy transport experience, configuration, sourcing, and capital project logistics </li><li>Must have knowledge of Multi/Inter-model transport</li><li>Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook</li><li>Demonstrates attention to detail, reliability, and ability to learn new topics and technology quickly</li><li>Well-organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Solid written and verbal communication skills<br><br></li></ul><strong>Company Overview and Core Values:<br><br></strong>McDermott is a premier, fully-integrated provider of technology, engineering and construction solutions to the energy industry.
