Our culture is all about speed and care.<br><br>Responsibilities include but not limited to:<br><ul><li>Provide technical assistance to internal users on all Computer systems compassing Desktops / Laptops hardware and software (Windows / Macintosh), printers and other peripherals to ensure timely and effective resolution of all reported problems.</li><li>Maintain IT Assets (Desktops & laptops) Hardware / Software, telephone systems and surveillance systems to ensure all platforms are kept up to date.</li><li>Assist users in utilizing IT resources efficiently in accordance with the high quality service standards required.</li><li>Proactive in monitoring all office and networking devices such as hubs and network storage and attend to basic level support problems and troubleshooting to ensure all peripherals are working properly.</li><li>Support and maintain Networking systems including, but not limited to cabling, gateways, routers, switches and interconnecting LAN and WAN communication protocols, Attendance Systems, testing and fixing faulty equipment, etc.</li><li>Troubleshoot communications between computers, networks, data switches, printers, and other network resources to resolve operational issues and restore services, as well as maintaining and supporting the routers and switches, including upgrades and configuration changes.</li><li>Upgrade computers, peripherals, printers, A/V systems, network equipment and software applications (e.g. installation, testing, configuring, etc.) for meeting the computer processing needs of the employee in line with the Company policy.</li><li>Follow up with Human Resources Department For employee Onboarding / Off boarding processes by Ensuring Laptop / Desktop are ready with operating systems, appropriate software and proper installation of cables at desk.</li><li>Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems, remedial actions taken, and installation activities; maintain an updated inventory of all hardware and software resources.</li><li>Procure IT Assets via trusted suppliers and obtain competitive prices and warranty options.</li><li>Compiling and Submitting reports to Management when required</li><li>Ability to work Before / After hours if needed</li><li>Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong>Your Qualifications<br><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.</li><li>Proven work experience in System Security Engineering or similar role.</li><li>Strong understanding of network architecture, protocols, and security technologies.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Your Proficiencies<br></strong><ul><li>Gook Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.</li><li>Proficiency in configuring and administering security tools and systems.</li><li>Familiarity with security frameworks and standards.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul>
