Job Description
As part of its renewed strategy, the CBE has reorganized its faculty around themes and challenges, one of which is Innovation in Government and Society. Part of the agenda is to support public authorities in their managerial innovation and organization design. To this end, the College is currently seeking a full-time faculty member, in the rank of associate or full professor, in the domain of public administration, with a special focus on e-governance, and innovation in managerial practices and organizational development for the public administration.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
The appointed candidate will be expected to:
• Take a leading role in the development and implementation of the activities relating to public administration management;
• Engage with public authorities in order to understand their concerns, set clear priorities, and assure sustained relevance of the deployed activities.
• Develop and teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses; engage in innovative approaches to learning and teaching; participate in the supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate research projects and/or dissertations;
• Develop a relevant research agenda and publish high quality research.

• Leadership, managerial, business and economic challenges in relation with the 4IR, the digital economy, technologically driven innovation, and induced business-model innovation;
• Accelerated development of graduate education; and
• Strengthening corporate relations and internationalization.
