Apply now to join One team, One Kroll.<br>RESPONSIBILITIES:<br>- Participation in scoping the project and writing and submitting proposals.<br>- Examine and interpret the information obtained to produce in-depth and detail-orientated analysis, identifying further research that needs to be carried out and what leads need to be investigated to support case development.<br>- Ability to analyze and interrogate large amounts of financial data and present findings coherently using Excel.<br>- Write well structured, logical and objective reports which present the research in a client focused manner and addresses the clients’ central questions and concerns.<br>- Support case work by using Excel and PowerPoint to provide diagrammatic and pictorial explanations to present key findings and patterns identified in the investigation.<br>- Quality of research and analysis on the case to ensure meeting Kroll’s high standards each time.<br>REQUIREMENTS:<br>- Strong academic background.<br>- 3 + years’ experience in a reputable professional services firm, financial audit or accounting organization.<br>- Knowledge of internal controls, financial audit techniques or a background in audit.<br>- Experience in accounting skills, risk management and compliance.<br>- Strong communications skills (upward, downward, across individuals, across cultures, across business lines) in both a verbal and written format.<br>- Excellent research, analytical and report writing skills<br>- A strong team work ethic and excellent people skills.<br>- A highly professional and commercial approach to problem solving.<br>- Fluency in English and French with previous work experience using these languages.<br>- The position may require travel both nationally and internationally.<br>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities.<br>- Experience working with diverse teams.<br>In order to be considered for a position, you must formally apply via careers.kroll.com.<br>Kroll is committed to equal opportunity and diversity, and recruits people based on merit.
