Job Summary:

The Fleet Management Associate holds the responsibilities of overseeing the Delivery Assistants in their day-to-day operational assignments, analyzing work processes based on performance reports and recommending improvements, leading coordination with other teams and departments, and reporting relevant matters to the management.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to Delivery Assistants and resolve issues or concerns faced by them
  • Work closely with Delivery Assistants in planning their routes to ensure professional, hassle free and efficient delivery
  • Monitor day-to-day operations and team’s performance; provide reports to the management
  • Communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways to improve the customer experience
  • Review and analyze work processes and work schedule information (e.g., exception reports, volume delivered/hour, km driven, hours worked, accidents, etc.) to identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve performance
  • Help develop strategies to achieve performance goals, and identify opportunities within the ecommerce industry
  • Work closely with the Warehouse Team to perform analysis of our inventory and help ensure we are: 1) utilizing our inventory effectively, 2) purchasing the right equipment, 3) maintaining solid inventory data, and 4) reducing sub-rental expenses
  • Support inside and on road operations with any additional task that maybe required
