<ul><li>Highly dynamic and fast paced role|Opportunity to be part of a PIF company<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>About Our Client<br><br></strong>A PIF giga-project within the real estate sector<br><br><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong><ul><li>Coordinating closely with the Commercial and Technical teams to ensure accurate and timely financial management of projects and related contracts.</li><li>Ability to use professional knowledge and skills in Transactional & Financial Accounting Principles, including AUC accounting, cost allocation, account reconciliations and controls at Group level</li><li>Provide oversight of project accounting activities to ensure compliance with established guidelines</li><li>Contribute to define the processes, policies, and procedures of the project costing function at the group level</li><li>Role in shared services function at the group level with respect to the project costing and project modules</li><li>Monitoring and reporting of the project budget, commitments and paid to date information or any other data/information which is required as per the Group’s reporting requirements</li><li>Work closely with commercial to define and support the financial capabilities of contractors for the project contract award purposes.</li><li>Close working with commercial and technical teams for project accruals and its analysis</li><li>Close working with commercial and technical teams for assets close out, asset register and capitalization of assets</li><li>Ability to lead system implementations related to project accounting</li><li>Ability to develop efficient processes and team management</li><li>Provide project reporting and analysis on all project<br></li></ul><strong>The Successful Applicant<br><br></strong><ul><li>Strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Experience in SAP</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Excellent MS office skills</li><li>Team management skill</li></ul><strong>What’s on Offer<br></strong><ul><li>Highly dynamic and fast paced role</li><li>Opportunity to be part of a PIF company<br></li></ul><strong>Contact: Arvind Kumar<br><br></strong><strong>Quote job ref: JN-062023-6079918</strong>
