<p>We are Aimstyle, a leading branding agency in Dubai, Amman, and Cairo, and we are seeking an Associate Creative Director to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Creative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing creative concepts, as well as managing and mentoring a team of talented designers.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute creative concepts that meet client objectives and project requirements</li><li>Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with team members to generate innovative ideas</li><li>Manage multiple projects and ensure that deadlines are met</li><li>Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to ensure their growth and development</li><li>Collaborate with other departments (e.g., account management, production) to ensure seamless project execution</li><li>Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate creative concepts and project updates</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>7+ years of experience in a creative role (e.g., art director, creative director) at an agency or similar environment</li><li>Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Strong branding and marketing principles</li><li>A strong portfolio that showcases your creative abilities (please share the link clearly)</li></ul><p><br></p><p>At Aimstyle, we value creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
