With more than 1,500+ employees, 4 million users, 15,000+ brands and 400,000 daily orders, we are just getting started<p><br></p><strong><u>Role Summary</u></strong><p><br></p>We are looking for an experienced accountant to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions. Your agenda will consist in reconciling account balances, maintaining general ledger and preparing supporting documents for weekly payments. You are an analytical person with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze and forecast financial reports. You ideally will have experience collaborating and managing a team.<p><br></p><strong>What’s On Your Plate?</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable for restaurant contracts.</li><li>Produce error-free accounting reports through supervising and handling any related issues. </li><li>Provide credit control support through monitoring restaurant live lists and update daily, handle any related issues of live lists and AX dynamics coding.</li><li>Handle Salesforce issues on Google Sheets for the regional Sales and provide credit control support. </li><li>Analyze financial information and initiate revenue recalculations</li><li>Have a thorough check and verification of order reports and generate reports as required.</li><li>Spot errors and verify supplier invoices.</li><li>Calculate net payable based on agreed payment schedule AX reports and prepare agreed schedule restaurant payments as well as vendor IBAN registrations. </li><li>Maintain general ledger through monitoring expenses sheets and monthly renewal fees</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What Did We Order?</strong><p><br></p><strong><u>An Ideal Candidate For This Role Would Have</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Proven experience as an accountant or financial controller</li><li>Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures</li><li>Awareness of business trends </li><li>Experience with general ledger functions and month-end/year-end close process</li><li>Hands-on experience with accounting software</li><li>Advanced MS Excel skill with accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills</li><li>BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant</li><li>Preferred relevant certification (CPA or CMA)</li></ul>
