The candidate’s skill set and experience requirement as follows; 10 years of UAE experience in same capacity in cold store for food products. Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills. Planning and organizing skills to effectively manage the flow of stock. Exceptional time management and organization skills Inventory control practices and logistics. In-depth understanding of industry and company best practices for the cold store. Comfortable using inventory management software and other organizational computer applications. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciles with data storage systems. Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. Must be able to multitask and perform under pressure. Coordinate and monitor the receipt order, assembly and dispatch of goods. Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate. Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
