<ul><li>Encourage, supervise and mentor the team.</li><li> Assist the Director of Security in establishing the schedule, manage the holidays and overtime recoveries of his team in line with the activity of the hotel.</li><li> Follow up with the various service providers.</li><li> Analyze and evaluate the work of his collaborators and return the annual evaluations within the deadlines requested by the P&amp;C Department.</li><li> Actively participate in service meetings.</li><li> Take care of the minutes.</li><li> Provide guests with pleasant, efficient and professional service in accordance with Four Seasons Standards.</li><li> Support the integration and training of new employees and assist them in their tasks.</li><li> Read the instructions of the day and follow them up during the shift.</li><li> Transmit in a precise and clear way the instructions of the day so that the next team has all the necessary information to carry out a quality follow-up.</li><li> Evaluate the quality criteria on each of its employees to ensure that the Standards are well acquired and put into practice in order to ensure consistency in quality of service.</li><li> Provide training to hotel employees (FSITP, guides and queues, …)<br></li></ul><strong><u>Secondary Functions<br></u></strong><ul><li> Ensure the follow-up and archiving of objects found in the establishment.</li><li> Assist guests experiencing difficulties in using the safe available in their rooms.</li><li> Assist clients in opening their room door in case of loss or non-functioning of their key.</li><li> Welcome visitors, members of external companies by registering them.</li><li> Fill out the handrail and keep up to date the lists necessary for the accomplishment of the various missions.</li><li> Guide guests as soon as they enter the hotel and answer any questions they may have.</li><li> Know the different services and benefits offered to customers and the schedules of the different points of sale.</li><li> Ensure the cleanliness of the security station and the entrance of staff.</li><li> Respect all the provisions applicable to employees: procedures corresponding to uniforms, time checks, hygiene.</li><li> Communications skills (french and english)</li></ul>
