We will be in contact once you pass the assessment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Rent out properties under our management within target and reduce vacancies.</li><li>Coordinate with multiple parties to ensure tenants can move in and out on time with the right procedures and documentation.</li><li>Sign up new customers for our services and improve effectiveness.</li><li>Ensure the integrity of our operating system and documentation.</li><li>Handle tenants and landlords’ inquiries and complaints properly and effectively.</li><li>Can find solutions to problems.</li><li>Can work effectively with the team and assist the team in whichever role requires coverage.</li><li>Can work independently, alone or as a team.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Native (or Native-like) English speaker</li><li>Excellent writing and verbal communication skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>College diploma</li><li>Willing to work in Abu Dhabi</li><li>With UAE driver’s license and a car</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Additional Preferences</strong></p><ul><li>Speaks Arabic</li><li>With sales/marketing experiences</li><li>Candidates living in UAE already</li></ul><p><br></p><p>This job is not for everybody.
