<strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p>Execute Engineering & Construction project and Subsea services properly.<p><br></p>Create long-term plans, timetables, and budgets to optimize resource planning, execution, and evaluation.<p><br></p>Provide creative resource market intelligence to bidding and project execution teams.<p><br></p>Track weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals Schedule and manage meetings<p><br></p>Prepare/write procedures, engineering brief, schedules, and planning for the various aspects of the project plan, including document control compliance;<p><br></p>Prepare/issue story board, method statement, instalaltion procedures, calculation note, seafastening calculation, structural analysis and reports, sketches, drawing & lifting plan; Review equipment specifications for in-house and hired equipment, converse with suppliers to ensure plant and equipment are compatible;<p><br></p>Cost and pricing;<p><br></p>Attend project client meetings/briefings and create draft and final reports<p><br></p>Ensure compliance with codes, processes, QA/QC policies, performance requirements, and specifications;<p><br></p>Coordinate project estimating and timeline with estimation team;<p><br></p>Support commercial team as needed<p><br></p>Ensure Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) of projects to help organize and manage project work scope;<p><br></p>Prepare and coordinate meeting and issue associated minutes;<p><br></p>Support onshore and offshore operation teams<p><br></p>Manage project according to company and client specifications<p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p>Bachelor’s degree or PMP certification (recommended).<p><br></p>8 years as Project Manager and 5 years in EPCIC/Subsea Contracting.<p><br></p><strong>GCC Experience Preferred.</strong><p><br></p>Excel, Autocad, Project Planning<p><br></p>Fluent in English Strong EPCIC/subsea industry and topside construction expertise Diving/ROV operations
