Come be a part of this journey!<br><br></strong><strong>BAT JORDAN</strong> <strong>IS LOOKING FOR AN ASSISTANT</strong> <strong>NATIONAL FIELD FORCE MANAGER<br><br></strong><strong>SENIORITY LEVEL </strong>Management Level<br><br><strong>FUNCTION </strong> Marketing<br><br><strong>LOCATION </strong>Jordan<br><br><strong>ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES<br><br></strong><strong>Reports to </strong>National Field Force Manager<br><br><strong>Reporting Level </strong>Individual Contributor<br><br><strong>Geographic Scope </strong>Local<br><br><strong><u>What You Will Be Accountable For<br></u></strong><ul><li>Develop &amp; Implement RTM plans and dashboards</li><li>Manage distributor/customer profitability – Total Customer Investment (TCI)</li><li>Responsible for Store assortment optimization (SAO)</li><li>Roll out ATSM solutions (adult tobacco shopper marketing)</li><li>Cascade Cycle instructions for field force </li><li>Trade KPI analysis covering outlet, WS and field force performance</li><li>Develop &amp; implement Field force incentive scheme </li><li>Tracking of trade budget</li><li>Manage KA channel<br></li></ul><strong><u>Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge<br></u></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s in Business Management,Sales or Marketing </li><li>5 – 8 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Retail &amp; wholesale management, preferably in the tobacco industry or FMCG industry</li><li>Knowledge of distributor Management </li><li>Understands sales and trade marketing fundamentals</li><li>Excellent Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPointExcellent communication skills and Teamwork</li><li>Proactive in work and shows a Positive attitude<br></li></ul><strong>WE ARE BAT<br><br></strong>At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
