Whether you are on a business trip or holiday, staying at Crowne Plaza Muscat OCEC will make you feel at home.<br><br>|<br><br>Your day-to-day:<br><ul><li>Understand the scope of work for each event and develop a clear plan to execute all required tasks within the given timeline.</li><li>Serve as the main point of contact for clients leading up to the event, ensuring that their needs and expectations are being met</li><li>Review event details with the client prior to billing to ensure that they are satisfied with the outcome of the event</li><li>Manage on-site logistics on the day of the event, including set-up, breakdown, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise</li><li>Oversee vendor relations leading up to and during the event, ensuring that all contracted services are being provided as agreed upon</li><li>Collect feedback from attendees post-event and compile it into a report for the client</li><li>Work with other members of the event staff to delegate tasks and ensure that everyone is aware of their roles and responsibilities</li><li>Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure that events are planned and executed to the highest standard</li><li>Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other industry professionals</li><li>Continuously look for ways to improve event planning processes and procedures<br><br></li></ul>What we need from you:<br><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field.</li><li>1-2 years of professional experience in event planning or coordination</li><li>Must speak the local language.
