<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Implements marketing strategies to establish our brands in the market by introducing new products and promotions through careful research and data gathering. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Participates in setting and developing annual marketing plans to meet the annual objectives.</li><li>Develops Marketing Programs to produce Sales & Profit Goals </li><li>Implements national marketing plans and monitors its results & reports it to Marketing manager.</li><li>Participates in market segmentation, market positioning. </li><li>Supervises the implementation of marketing programs that may affect the brand’s image, maximize the profitability and sales figures in low seasons and analyze its impact on the business.</li><li>Reviews the implementation of promotion & local store marketing programs and reports the feedback to Marketing Manager.</li><li>Reports and present marketing activities on monthly basis {Achievements VS Objectives} and to cover competitors activities showing its direct impact on our Restaurants business. </li><li>Ensures & monitors the availability of all marketing materials needed to run all marketing programs, makes sure of its accuracy, reports to Marketing Manager with new needs and ratios of consumption.</li><li>Maintains open communications with all Operations team, to follow up the proper implementation of marketing plans.</li><li>Follows up the new trends in the markets which may affect the Advertising and promotions plans.</li><li>Manages the marketing program calendar and sees to it that the projects are done timely based on the projections.</li><li>Ensures that programs designed and implemented matches the annual budget set for the programs and manages overhead costs attributed to the project implementation.</li><li>Partners with existing advertising agencies in the implementation of marketing strategies and programs</li><li>Sources new advertising firms to be utilized for future projects.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualification: – </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business Management, Communications, Market Research or equivalent </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience: – </strong></p><ul><li>At least 6 years’ experience out of which 2 years as a Asst. Marketing Manager.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Job Specific Skills: </strong></p><ul><li>Ability to analyse and innovate to plan and develop both the business and the oneself.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Generic Skills: </strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge in Market Planning, Brand Management and Advertising</li><li>Computer proficiency in MS Office applications </li><li>Effective communications, negotiation, and networking skills </li><li>Analytical and mathematical skills </li><li>Arabic speaker (mandatory), professional English </li><li>Knowledge of Kuwait Market is mandatory _ with experience in Food and beverage brands (Mandatory), Worked previously in retail business (it’s a Plus)</li></ul>
