<strong>Role Purpose<br><br></strong>Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales for JETK Hourly sector. Design sales plan and managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.<br><br><strong>Job Accountabilities & Activities<br></strong><ul><li> Design and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base towards the Domestic & JETK Hourly sector (Individual Clients) and ensure its strong presence.</li><li> Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets and course of action to his team members.</li><li> Create a substantial customer base from Saudi market for house workers through sourcing more customer base from top to bottom line.</li><li> Meet with more potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.</li><li> Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships</li><li> Achieve the monthly and annual targets to reach the expected revenue in JETK Hourly sector.</li><li> Open branches in larger compounds and big companies.</li><li> Should monitor all sales related activities for JETK in all branch’s manger under sales manager or supervisor.</li><li> Plan along with the Marketing department to implement marketing strategies to seek more health care sector clients and analyzing trends and results of the marketing leads.</li><li> Manage sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue projections and expense controls.</li><li> Ensuring targets are delivered through performance review, reward and individual recognition of sales professionals.</li><li> Managing, coaching, and motivating the sales team to improve their skills, ensure they achieve a high professional standard and help them achieve their monthly sales goals.</li><li> Provide weekly and monthly reporting of sales performance for General Manager</li><li> Mange the After sales team of JETK Hourly sector should be in touch with all individual JETK Hourly clients.</li><li> Drive After sale team to reduce the no. of escalations during the customer service and escalation case should be gently managed by the Sales manager to maintain a good relationship with the company and our reputation.</li><li> Prepare Annual budget for Sales JETK Hourly division</li><li> Support Marketing Manager to provide annual budgeting for marketing.</li><li> In align with the financial procedure of the company and provide good support to finance in handling the better cash dealings.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Education & Certifications<br><br></strong>Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Business<br><br><strong>Required Years Of Experience<br><br></strong>Work experience of 3 years manpower company.
