The Role

The Assistant Manager – Italian Restaurant is accountable for all aspects of the F&B experience of Lombard Restaurant by focusing ultimately on both guest and colleagues satisfaction.

Some of the key responsibilities:

       ·Always checks appearance, including complete uniform, nametag, polished shoes, perfect grooming and readiness to perform job.

      ·Supervise discipline, punctually, daily service procedures and checks schedule including cases of leave, illness, accident vacation etc. In addition, he/she will also check time cards and attendance sheet of his/her outlet.

      ·Inspects physical conditions of furniture and lighting fixtures, and he ensures prompt and appropriate repair together with proper maintenance of the above.

      · Check general mise-en-place, table set-up, service station and all pantries. He/she also checks par stocks (material and beverages) and takes immediate action if they are discrepancies. 

    · Responsible for all functions inside the outlet to ensure proper organization (establishes and distributes Service duties) timing, proper table and buffet set up, makes scheduling for all restaurant staff.

    ·Responsible for assuring that the standard of cleanliness are being maintained in all areas.

   · Reports any equipment shortages, out of stock items, to Outlet Operation Manager and organizes proper requisition for adequate delivery.

    ·Gifted with great strength and ability, a person admired for achievements and noble qualities, one who shows great courage. In a broad overview, you will support and coordinate all the activities of the entire restaurant team and restaurant operation throughout Lunch and Dinner. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is required for this position.
