<p><strong>Purpose of the role:</strong></p><p><strong>Responsible for:</strong></p><ul><li>Growing revenue to targets, managing multiple brands and aggregators</li><li>Minimize the non-commission spend on the aggregator (i.e. marketing, compensations, credits etc.)</li><li>Maximize the aggregator platform efficiency to capture and process the orders </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Scope:</strong></p><p><strong>Americana Restaurant Business </strong></p><ul><li>Multiple Brand verticals: KFC- Hardee’s- CDR- Growth Segment</li><li>1 Country cluster: KSA </li><li>Manage multiple aggregator X brand country combination – varying from scale aggregators like Talabat &amp; Deliveroo</li><li>Own Marketing budget on aggregators along with marketing team.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Strategic Accountabilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Define the growth strategy for each brand and aggregator, under your responsibility.</li><li>Build the relationship with the aggregator, supporting senior management during negotiations &amp; contract renewals</li><li>Act as the in-house expert on aggregator landscape, dynamics and potential disruptions, for responsible markets. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Operational Accountabilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Aggregator Operations responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead aggregator operations management with internal operation stakeholders.</li><li>Streamline ways of working with aggregators including IT projects.</li><li>Be custodian of Marketing spends on aggregators and drive it for best ROI for business.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Project management responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide/institutionalize disciplined visibility into the state of the business under your responsibility (i.e. design and send out reporting matrices, scorecards, reports etc.)</li><li>Ensure completion of projects &amp; initiatives to meet KPIs; be relentless and disciplined in engaging stakeholders in technology, finance, revenue management, aggregators and others, to deliver KPIs</li><li>Report &amp; articulate status/progress of respective projects/tasks/responsibilities – in formal/informal settings</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Commercial responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Forecast annual sales and transaction targets with monthly/weekly/daily breakdowns</li><li>Create monthly/weekly marketing plans to achieve forecasts, with careful consideration of brand/channel cannibalization</li><li>Minimize the marketing spend on aggregators and maximize conversions/RoI</li><li>Minimize other expenses on aggregators (e.g. credits paid, commission ramp-up due to breach of thresholds)</li><li>Identify other key drivers of revenue &amp; profitability (transactions, average check, sales mix, order frequency) and ensure these are addressed in the comprehensive growth plan for respective aggregator</li><li>Liaise with Brand, FPA and franchisor teams to ensure buy-in/approvals/DoA for all forecasts &amp; growth plans</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Guest experience responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Define targets of key guest experience metrics on aggregators (e.g. store ratings) and closely track them</li><li>Create intervention projects required to address any guest experience deviations and liaise with Brand/HD/CC ops team</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Other support responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Define the aggregator roll-out playbook, when launching new aggregators – address all the aspects of the deployment that can impact the commercials or guest experience</li><li>Support the Brand/HD/CC ops team on aggregator channel initiatives, if required</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Qualification &amp; Experience:</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelors in Marketing</li><li>Any additional training in analytics and/or excel modelling</li></ul><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>6-8 years’ experience in an e-commerce/agency/multi-retail company, in a revenue/growth driving role</li></ul>
