<p>Our Business Process Solutions team work in coordination with domestic and multinational clients who represent a wide variety of industry sectors. We work together with them to put in place processes and systems that can manage their accounting function.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Lead and manage projects or work-streams of a small to medium size and complexity (including analyzing and interpreting data, drafting report findings and attending client meetings).</li><li>Contribute to the planning and delivery of engagements including work plans, timelines, and project management.</li><li>Allocating tasks as workstream/ project manager and reviewing output.</li><li>Support in recording of day to day transaction and closing the periodic books of account for clients across various industry sectors.</li><li>Finalization of the books of accounts and preparation of the financial statements within the due date agreed with the client.</li><li>Own deliverables of an engagement/project with minimal input of project leadership.</li><li>Produce and deliver high-quality engagement outcomes and deliverables for our clients, as well as building and maintaining relationships with clients, to develop a strong professional network over time</li><li>Managing the Outsourcing process effectively and efficiently.</li><li>Develop expertise and knowledge of a variety of clients and markets.</li><li>Taking ownership of client communications, ensuring timely responses, follow through and resolution of client inquiries.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Education, Experience and Skills</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Bachelors in accounting / finance with professional accounting / finance qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA, CFA)</li><li>A minimum of 5 years of financial accounting experience in a relevant organization (preferably in top 10 tier firms)</li><li>Experience of minimum 2 years in UAE market.</li><li>Strong awareness of non-technical accounting matters (VAT, CT, TP, ESR, etc.)</li><li>Extensive technical knowledge of IFRS.</li><li>Strong analytical skills (an eye for detail and awareness of broader business issues)</li><li>Advance knowledge of Microsoft products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Experience working with accounting systems QuickBooks, Xero, Oracle, SAP, etc. </li><li>Ability to articulate views and ideas clearly, both written and verbal</li><li>Ability to work effectively, and collaboratively as part of a project team.</li><li>Strong leadership and team-building skills</li><li>Sound decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail</li><li>Good presentation skills encompassing the ability to convey complex concepts accurately and succinctly</li></ul><p><br></p>
