<p><strong>APPLICANTS MUST BE FLUENT IN ARABIC- SPOKEN AND WRITTEN</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>THE ROLE </strong></p><p> </p><p>To assist in the smooth running of all L&D programmes, including CIPD and ILM through the efficient provision of logistical and administrative support and first line customer services as directed by the L&D Coordinator</p><p> </p><p><strong>KEY TASKS</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>• Uploading learning materials, Assignment Criteria documents/MCTs & submission deadlines on the LMS portal</p><p>• Undertake CIPD student registration process</p><p>• Prepare and send Joining Instruction before each session, and ensure that students are enrolled on the correct units and cohorts</p><p>• Preparing Attendance and Summary tracker for the trainers </p><p>• Remind trainers and make sure that all marking is kept up to date </p><p>• Enrolling students on the Portal for the upcoming sessions / making any changes to dates / ensuring relevant trackers are up-to-date</p><p>• Coordinate Internal Verification Process</p><p>• ORS submission and updating Certificate Trackers</p><p>• Allocating tutors to blocks of training</p><p>• CIPD Certificates – distribution process – including checking fees paid & updating of trackers/Student Notes pages on student profiles.</p><p>• Responding to student queries regarding CIPD Certificates</p><p>• Portal Extension request approvals</p><p>• Preparation of Bradfield Letters of course completion courses (liaising with L&D Coordinator) </p><p>• CIPD Certificates for Qatar based students:</p><p>o Emailing students to advise collection process</p><p>o Recording collection details</p><p>• Creation of new and changes to existing CIPD course materials</p><p>• Arrange Tutor Meetings </p><p> </p><p>This Job Description is not designed to be an exhaustive list of tasks and duties, the Assistant Coordinator may be required to undertake any other duties commensurate with salary and role.</p><p> </p><p><strong><em> </em></strong> Qualifications</p><p> <span>· </span>‘A’ Level standard of education <em>(or equivalent)</em></p><p> </p><p> · CIPD Certificate an advantage (or equivalent)</p><p> Skills and Knowledge</p><p> · Computer proficient with skills in all Microsoft office programs and software <em>(good knowledge in Excel, Word & PowerPoint is essential)</em></p><p>· Good command in English both written and spoken</p><p>· Ability to communicate with people at all levels and an understanding of confidentiality and how to conduct oneself in a professional manner </p><p>· Excellent administrative skills</p><p>· Good listening skills</p><p> · Ideally experience of Training Administration</p><p>· Ability to pay attention to detail </p><p>· Ability to work unsupervised (once given guidance and instruction)</p><p>· Excellent customer service skills</p><p><br></p><p> Attitude</p><p> · Flexible and able to deal with different cultural expectations</p><p>· Adaptive to changes and work pressures </p><p> · Positive Attitude</p><p>· Assertiveness</p><p>· Conflict Resolution</p><p>· Taking responsibility</p><p> Experience</p><p> · Training Support Experience</p><p>· Experience of Multi-tasking </p><p><br></p><p> · Training Support Experience</p><p>· Customer Service Experience</p><p></p>
