Opening in 2023, Rixos Qetaifan Island North will comprise a 345-key hotel, along with a souq encompassing 11,000sqm of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark. The resort will boast panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country’s biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North’s Waterpark attraction. The Icon Tower is the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.

Assistant Laundry Manager

Within the general guidelines given by the hotel management, responsible for the overall of the Laundry Department. To achieve a high standard of Guest Laundry, maintain an efficient and satisfactory expensed operation. To support and provide fine quality laundry service by assisting all.

What you will be doing:

– Responsible for the laundry department daily operations.
– Responsible for departments budget & control the expenditure.
– Have a complete knowledge of all areas in the laundry operation ; washing, spotting, starching, dry-cleaning and pressing.
– Manage the laundry training, assign work, and monitor the quality of the laundry and quantities.
– Maintain the highest standards when handling guest laundry / dry cleaning to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Establishes and maintains department organization, manning and productivity, ensuring a smooth operation on business forecast.
