JOB TITLE: Assistant I – Quality
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Update database for all project documents related to Quality. Log all incoming documents from the various projects, categorize them and then forward the documents to the concerned quality engineer for review and approval.
·Prepare weekly and monthly status reports based on documents reviewed by the Quality Engineers for the respective project.
·Maintain all documents related to the internal audit process including audit records, Quality improvement log, customer complaints and customer feedback.
·Assist in organizing Quality induction courses.
·Prepare agendas and make arrangements for Quality meetings. Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
·Provide required administrative support to all employees related to Quality documents and Procedures, based at Sharjah.
·File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
·Calendar management for Managers in QA/QC to record and manage meetings
·Manage Business travel for QA/QC (including flight and hotel bookings)
·Coordinate in-house meetings (Conference room bookingsAND collation / distribution of meeting agenda)
·Manage Leave / holiday plan for QA/QC engineers
·Control and issue of QA/QC stamps for inspection personnel
·Perform other related duties as advised by the supervisor.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Diploma or Bachelor degree with minimum 2-3 years of relevant Experience.
