* To assist General Manager in delivery of business strategies, with the support of key department heads
* Seek and maximise revenue opportunities and minimise costs
* Consistently exceed guest expectations
* To assist General Manager in the ownership and personality required to be the driving force of the restaurant
* Develop a motivated and high performing team committed to delivering clear goals
* Develop a positive, direct and open relationship with all colleagues
* Protect the health, safety and well being of our guests and colleagues
* Work closely with the General Manager, executive Head Chef.
