Job Purpose:<br />Plan, lead, direct and manage the franchise activities in the company to ensure the smooth running of the process and provide training and information on the business policies and procedures. Find and develop new franchisees for the business. Maintain high level customer satisfaction through building a high qualified system and working in accordance to the company policies and guiding principles.<br /><br />Qualifications<br /> Bachelor’s degree in business management or marketing.<br /> Five years of experience as a retail franchisor.<br /> Handling multiple projects, assignments, and duties.<br /> Strong communication and negotiation skills.<br /> Good computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.<br /> Strong Personality – Leadership.<br /> Innovative mindset to spot new
