<strong>Organization- Park Hyatt Marrakech</strong><p><br></p><strong>Résumé</strong><p><br></p>The Associate Director of Sales is an experienced senior level hotel sales role that reports directly to the Director of Sales.<p><br></p>Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for achieving the sales goals, managing and leading the sales staff as well as managing select key accounts, so relationship building is incredibly important.<p><br></p>The ADOS is also responsible to manage the sales target of thehotel in coordination with DOS, develop and implement strategies for achieving the sales goals.<p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>A minimum of 3-4 years previous sales experience required; ideally in Marrakech, Casablanca or Rabat</li><li>Proficient in general computer knowledge</li><li>Supervisory experience, and able to train and monitor the process of sending referrals</li><li>Setting traces and profiling accounts</li><li>Excellent customer relations, communication, presentation and organization skills of utmost importance.</li><li>Fluent in French &amp; English.</li></ul>
