Scope of responsibility includes but is not limited to the following typ…<br><br>The <strong>Assistant Customer Liaison</strong> is responsible for ensuring timely, clear, articulate and accurate communications to internal stakeholders and external customers at all times. Scope of responsibility includes but is not limited to the following types of communications and processes; Receiving, logging, tracking and responding to Customer directed taskings to include Logistics Readiness Center (LRC), Functional taskings, Request for Information (RFI), Administrative Contract Officer (ACO) and CO taskings to ensure full address of all Amentum WRM Program requirements. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).<br><br><strong>Principal Accountabilities<br></strong><ul><li>Assist the Operations Liaison Officer with managing 24/7 operations in support of all communications with the customer. </li><li>Receives, assigns, coordinates and tracks incoming and outgoing correspondence and taskings on an automated data base. </li><li>Ensures Operations Liaison Officer deliverables are posted on DynInsight Web in accordance with PWS. </li><li>Participates in future operational/logistics planning activities with USAF counterparts as required. </li><li>Initiate Situational Reports during Exercise deployments/redeployments for USAF Senior level management. </li><li>Responsible for the Customer Satisfaction Survey program. </li><li>Consolidates updated technical analysis and background for departmental inputs to ROM’s or Proposals as required or directed by Operations Liaison Officer. </li><li>Oversees Logistics Readiness Center (LRC), Functional Taskings, Action Tracking System and SharePoint. </li><li>Initiate organization’s procedures for processing all Customers requested LRC tasking to ensure export vetting compliance is completed by the Security Manager prior to release to site. </li><li>Responsible for establishing and maintaining the archival storage records for LRC taskings in accordance with SOP’s and WI’s. </li><li>Coordinates multiple projects concurrently; ensuring appropriate personnel/customers are communicated to in a professional manner. </li><li>In the absence of the Operations Liaison Officer, responsible for performance of all duties in the Customer Liaison Cell. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li><li>Works in normal office environment. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Minimum Requirements<br></strong><ul><li>Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel and Word programs. </li><li>Must have strong problem solving skills; routinely required to interpret customers’ requirements to ensure external communication is appropriate and that the correct level of Management is involved. </li><li>Must have strong organizational skills and be able to organize large amounts of information on a daily basis. </li><li>Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Must possess a valid home country driver’s license and ability to obtain host nation driver’s license. </li><li>High School diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret Security Clearance. </li><li>Light to moderate lifting as required carried out in an office environment. </li><li>Ability to work overtime as needed and sometimes outside of standard hours. </li><li>Ability to travel domestically and internationally. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br></strong><ul><li>Familiarity with SharePoint and other WRM related software preferred. </li><li>Associates Degree or equivalent work experience preferred. </li><li>Background and familiarity with USAF or US service equivalent Logistics procedures and practices preferred. <br><br></li></ul>Amentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
