<p>3MPlast Company is looking for an assistant branch manager for the branch in Tyre. Candidates living in Tyre or Nearby are encouraged to apply. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>1.Assist the retail store manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers.</p><p>2.Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders, and payments).</p><p>3.Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.</p><p>4.Monitor and maintain store inventory.</p><p>5.Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.</p><p>6.Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best.</p><p>7.Suggest sales training programs and techniques.</p><p>8.Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs and handle their complaints.</p><p>9.Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data.</p><p>10.Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functional and presentable.</p><p>11.Make sure all employees adhere to the company’s policies and guidelines.</p><p>12.Act as our store’s representative and set an example for our staff.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>1.Proven experience as an Assistant Branch Manager or similar position</p><p>2.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p><p>3.Excellent math and accounting skills.</p><p>4.Excellent personal and professional leadership skills.</p><p>5.Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.</p><p>6.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software programs.</p><p>7.Familiarity with financial and customer service principles.</p><p>8.Problem-solving attitude.</p><p>9.Flexibility to work in shifts.</p><p>10.BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus.</p>
