Assistant Architect
Job Description
<p>We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Architect Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Architect Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the lead designer in various architectural projects. Your role will involve maintaining schedules, participating in meetings, taking notes, and preparing reports. A design background and excellent communication skills are essential for this position.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with the lead designer to develop and update architectural plans, drawings, and detailed designs.</li><li>Assist in conducting research and studies to support architectural design and develop creative ideas and solutions.</li><li>Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met.</li><li>Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, and effectively communicate project requirements and progress.</li><li>Take thorough and accurate notes during meetings, documenting key decisions and action items.</li><li>Prepare reports and presentations based on the information gathered during meetings and design discussions.</li><li>Assist in reviewing and inspecting projects to ensure compliance with specifications and required standards.</li><li>Maintain organized files and documentation related to architectural projects.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.</li><li>Previous experience as an Architect Assistant or in a design-related role is preferred.</li><li>Strong design background and knowledge of architectural principles and practices.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, is a plus</li><li><strong>Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English</strong>.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.</li><li>Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you are a motivated individual with a passion for architectural design, we invite you to join our professional and talented team.
