<br><p><strong><u>Assistant Account Manager</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Location:</u></strong><u>&nbsp;</u>Jounieh/Harissa- Lebanon</p><p><br></p><p><span>Capelli Sport / USA partnered with Fact Universal S.A.L. a Lebanese company that service and run our back offices in the United States, Germany, China and the MENA region.</span></p><p><span>We are looking for an Assistant Account Manager (AAM) to join our sales team.</span></p><p><span>You will be joining an established Account Management team responsible for managing our book of business, consisting of youth soccer clubs across the country. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day responsibilities for each account, building strong relationships with our clients; ensuring projects stay on track, and customer orders are written with urgency. </span></p><p><span>** English language must be extremely proficient (Verbal, Reading, and Writing)</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Manage day-to-day responsibilities for accounts within assigned book of business</li><li>Build strong relationships with prospects and current accounts</li><li>Provide high level of customer service</li><li>Draft internal/external Project Schedules to ensure projects remain on track</li><li>Study contracts within your book of business to better understand deliverables and club benefits</li><li>Develop strong knowledge of Capelli Sport product offerings and give insights on the best product(s) for good fit for customers</li><li>Study and memorize the Capelli Sport catalog, Available to Sell inventory (ATS), as well as other product knowledge</li><li>Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all clients’ requests</li><li>Stay up-to-date on the soccer industry’s customer behavior and trends</li><li>Ensure timely and successful delivery of our clients’ needs</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></p><ul><li>You have experience with managing a book of business, preferably in the sports industry&nbsp;</li><li>You have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college</li><li>You’re able to build long-term trusting relationships with clients</li><li>You have experience with project management</li><li>You have the ability to collaborate with other team members</li><li>You have an attention to detail and keep organized</li><li>You have experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce</li><li>You have a track record of driving results</li><li>You’re hardworking and goal-oriented</li><li>You have a tireless positive attitude</li><li>You have a growth mindset and view challenges as learning opportunities, not failures</li><li>You love getting to know new people and helping them improve their product/services.</li><li>Ability to deliver engaging presentations both verbally and via email</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>Candidate should be willing to work based on American Standard Eastern Time zone. This is not a remote position.
