What’s on offer:

We are sourcing for a knowledgeable and driven National Asset Systems Manager to join our National Asset Management Team. As the leading provider of road maintenance contracts in Australia, Fulton Hogan encourages you to bring your expertise to lead the strategic direction and operations of our asset management systems across our Australian contracts. As this the role will work across the Australia, the location is flexible with our preferred locations being Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
Reporting to the National Asset Manager, we are looking for a systems experts that can provide leadership and work collaboratively within our business and system vendors to continually improve our contract and business outcomes. Your day to day responsibilities include:
Lead the implementation of asset management systems and associated processes; Lead and undertake improvements to our asset management systems (Confirm and Asset Vision) to enhance efficiency; Manage the on-going operational overview of the asset management systems within contracts and provide expert support to the contract teams; Lead the operational relationship with system vendors including identifying opportunities for system development; Develop the strategic direction of asset management systems within the business; Assist in bid preparation for the asset management system aspects.

How you’ll connect to the role:

To be successful in this role you will have a proven ability to implement, improve and support asset management systems or maintenance management systems, preferably in a road asset management sector, or similar asset related sectors. This will be through your strong leadership, technical capability and strategic vision. Your attention to detail, desire to deliver, and the ability to work well with others will set you up for success. This is a rare opportunity for someone who is experienced, can hit the ground running quickly and is looking transform our business. It is preferred that you have an Information Management or Engineering Degree.
