Asset Operations Lead (Qatarization)

Job Description

• Responsible for managing local assets. Assist with the undertaking of asset condition and compliance audits and the effective management of information.
• Assist with the development of asset management plans for all asset classes.
• Assist with valuation of infrastructure and property asset.
• Manages the assets designated as inhouse operated assets according to investment preferences and goals.
• Coordinates with property managers, brokers and other third parties.
• Actively participate and assist in delivery of maintenance management systems. Coordinate with Facility Management team.
• Track budget release and funding requests against approved budget.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance

Skills

• 8 years of real estate experience with large mixed-use developers
• Prior real estate experience and in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market
• Competence in interpreting technical information and giving direction based on this.
• Knowledge of asset management requirements.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business or Economics
• Masters or MBA preferred
