Join us and let’s get started.<br> <br><strong>Job Description<br></strong> <br><strong>Job Summary<br></strong> <br>AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Asset Advisory Surveyor for employment in the Dubai, UAE office.<br> <br>Working within the Advisory team, which comprises of Asset, Funder and P3 Technical services, this role involves helping develop and deliver consultancy services to clients involved in built assets to improve their performance at an organisational, operational, program and project level.<br> <br><strong>Responsibilities<br></strong> <ul><li>Input into the delivery of core Asset Advisory services and commissions such as operational cost estimates, life cycle cost analysis, operational design reviews, maintenance specifications, carbon cost analysis, and asset condition assessment.</li> <li>Involvement in marketing and business development, including client presentations and general promotion and awareness-raising activities.</li> <li>Working on the development of the service offering including conducting marketing activities targeting both internal and external clients, and product development.</li> <li>Supporting the ESG Advisory business line from an asset perspective, undertaking embodied carbon and whole life carbon assessments.</li> <li>Carrying out technical research and data collection activities, facilitating data management for reporting purposes and applying analytical skills to enhance core service deliverables.</li> <li>Interviewing client employees, management team and other stakeholders.</li> <li>Preparing and facilitating workshops.</li> <li>Conducting problem solving and strategic thinking to add value to core service deliverables and help more junior members of the team develop their experience.</li> <li>Preparing and presenting recommendation papers, reports, process, procedure and system manuals.</li> <li>Formulating and implementing recommendations/solutions.</li> <li>Technical report writing in accordance with international standards.</li> <li>Ensuring the client receives the assistance needed to implement the recommendations / solutions</li> <br></ul><strong>Qualifications<br></strong> <ul><li>We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience looking to develop their experience in a range advisory services as part of a growing team.</li> <li>The candidate should hold a degree in a relevant discipline. Post graduate qualifications, membership of relevant professional bodies (such as RICS, IAM and CIoB) and Middle East experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
