<p>We are Hiring on behalf of our Clients who are a Marketing & PR firm and work on Ad Campaigns for Major Brands by collaborating with several <strong>Artists</strong> such as – Influencers, TV Personalities and Content Creators.</p><p><br></p><p>WHO ARE OUR ARTISTS? </p><p><br></p><p>Artists is a collective of different profiles with a special interest or talent. This represents and includes Influencers, Makeup Artists, Skin care experts, hair stylists, snappers, Tiktokers, content creators, celebrities, TV presenters, etc. Each tends to have a different name tag to it, so for us we call them ARTISTS.</p><p><br></p><p>ARTISTS MANAGER – RESPONSIBILITIES: </p><p><br></p><p>• Research and identify relevant artists and content creators within the target audience and industry niche. </p><p>• Evaluate the potential value and alignment of each artist with the brand’s values and goals.</p><p>• Initiate and maintain communication with artists through various channels, such as emails, social media, and direct messaging. </p><p>• Collaborate with the brand marketing team to conceptualize and develop influencer marketing campaigns that align with the brand’s objectives.</p><p> • Coordinate campaign logistics, including deliverables, timelines, and promotional materials. • Organize and manage brands vs. artists’ posting calendars.</p><p> • Share detailed campaign posting briefs with artists and follow-up on the right and successful execution </p><p>• Keep a close eye on the quality of the content creation by the artists • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with artists, fostering positive rapport and long-term partnerships.</p><p> • Negotiate agreements, contracts, and compensation terms with influencers while adhering to the brand’s budget and guidelines. </p><p>• Ensure that influencers are aligned with brand messaging and are accurately representing the brand’s values and products. </p><p>• Manage and support the House’ pool of exclusive and non-exclusive Artists • Support in developing brand pitch presentations</p><p> • Track and measure the effectiveness of artists campaigns, analysing key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.</p>
