<strong>Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p>Sales management covering Petrochemical & Energy Sector for the products and solutions of the EAD (Electrification, Automation & Digitalization) Business Unit.<p><br></p><ul><li>Plans sales volumes and potentials of all customers in the assigned region. </li><li>Responsible for creating leads/ opportunities and generating Sales Orders in the Oil & Gas </li><li>Analyzes the specific market conditions and builds a sound market related network of stakeholders. </li><li>Actively approach EPC customer for business opportunity development. </li><li>Closely cooperate with technical teams to prepare the technical proposal. </li><li>Optimize our solution to meet the customer expectations. </li><li>Make technical and sales presentations to customer’s technical staff and senior management. </li><li>Serve as a trusted technology advisor to customers and serves as an internal resource on technical issues or specific business applications within an assigned market segment. </li><li>Develop Leads and Qualify sales opportunities in terms of customer technical requirements, competition, decision-making process, and funding. </li><li>Manage key End User technical relationships and successfully build relationships with the business development / account team, partners and customers. </li><li>Coordinate projects tenders and quotations with relevant division in the company to meet Customer satisfaction and due dates following the processes formulated by Siemens Energy. </li><li>Achieve Quarterly & Yearly assigned order intake and sales pipeline development targets. </li><li>Prepares customer contact, builds and maintains a customer focused network. </li><li>Prepares / coordinates and negotiates proposals in cooperation with proposal mgmt / other involved professionals and management. </li><li>Contributes to the development of After-Market business in the region. </li><li>May act as a point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>The Profile: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li>You have a Master degree in the field of electrification/automation. </li><li>You have at least 5 years of experience in project management in O&G and/or sales of solutions. </li><li>Total of 5+ years of solution sales experience with customers in the O&G & Energy sectors </li><li>Mainly focusing on Industrial Automation solutions </li><li>Ability to leverage partnerships to drive the strategic plans </li><li>Consistently demonstrates alignment to organizational strategy to advance opportunities </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach. </li><li>Good Spoken & Written English and French. </li><li>Ability to travel all around the country. </li><li>Valid Driving License with driving experience.</li></ul>
