If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.***</em></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>The main responsibilities will include:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their performance.</li><li>Building, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, and becoming the point of contact for the assigned market.</li><li>Negotiate contract agreements with key customers.</li><li>Prepare and manage sales forecasts and reports in alignment with business objectives.</li><li>Monitoring sales performance metrics and facilitating timely interventions</li><li>Coordinate the marketing activities/implementation with the team.</li><li>Responsible for contributing to the development and execution of innovation growth plans.</li><li>Monitoring competitor activities and conducting research.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>To be successful you will need to meet the following:</u></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar.</strong></li><li><strong>Minimum 5 – 7 years of sales experience within the Retail Industry. </strong>Vision care experience is a plus.</li><li>Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for success and the ability to work independently.</li><li>Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>***We check all applications and suitable candidates will be contacted within 5 working days.
