Job description:<br><br><p><br><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><p> </p><ul> <li>Identify sales and business development opportunities to gain customers from various segments</li> <li>Provide management with regular feedback about competitor’s activities</li> <li>Coordinate with the CRM team in relation to customers analysis and migration</li> <li>Monitor receivables to assist the collection team to ensure customers pay as per Aramex standards when needed</li> <li>Ensure KPIs are met (targets, visits, opportunities, number of new accounts )</li> <li>Ensure privacy and confidentiality of customer data in line with the company data security policies</li> <li>Develop and maintain an effective relationship with the customers</li> <li>Gain new customers</li> <li>Generate new leads and prospect clients</li> <li>Plan sales team visits ( daily / weekly)</li> <li>Develop offers and prepare corporate rates</li> <li>Grow existing customers and migrate them into higher value tiers</li> <li>Cross Sell and Upsell</li> <li>Maintain strong relationship with internal stakeholders</li> <li>Setting KPIs and conduct annual performance review for direct reports</li> <li>Assist and guide the team to achieve their targets</li> <li>Train new hires on the job or existing staff if needed</li> <li>Develop, mentor and coach direct reports</li> <li>Identify and propose training needed for direct reports</li> <li>Ensure having and developing a successo</li> </ul><p> </p><p><strong>Job requirements: </strong></p><p> </p><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in business or any other field </li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) </li> <li>At least 5 years sales experience, preferably in Freight Commercial &amp; express shipping </li> <li>Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills  </li> <li>Strong customer focus and analytical skills </li> </ul><p> </p>
