Job Description

We are Hiring a highly experienced“Area Projects Manager“ to oversee our facilities management field projects in Saudi Arabia.Our client is a leading Saudi Arabian company that has projects throughout the country, in the areas of Operation and Maintenance, and total Facilities Management.Job Description:

  • Oversee all aspects of operations and maintenance projects in the assigned area, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Manage project teams, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept up-to-date on project progress and any changes to timelines, budgets, or scope.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies where necessary.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that all projects are designed and delivered to the required technical standards.
  • Continuously review and improve project processes and procedures to ensure that they are efficient and effective.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operation and maintenance, preferably with a background in facility management KPI based projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working in the assigned area is preferred.
