<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>Responsible for overseeing the implementation and enforcement of all sales strategies and campaigns, expansion, customer service standards, branch, fleet and personnel management of the company for an assigned geographic area.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Specification:</strong></p><ul><li>Graduate of any 4-year course; Business Management or other related courses.</li><li>At least 4 years work experience handling Operations</li><li><strong>Preferably UAE-based applicants however, interested applicants coming from The Philippines is also encouraged to apply</strong></li></ul><p>Competencies/Skills:</p><ul><li>Management and organizational skills</li><li>Customer service skills</li><li>In-depth Product and Business knowledge</li><li>Integrity and Customer Focus</li><li>Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment</li><li>Good judgment and analytical skills</li><li>Team player</li><li>Self-motivated, results-oriented an service-oriented – actively looking for ways to help people</li><li>Willing to train, coach, supervise and motivate the team</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Working Conditions:</p><ul><li>Basic branch/warehouse/office setting; maybe required to travel to oversee overall operations &amp; meet/network with customers and potential clients, attend strategic planning sessions.</li></ul>
