<p><strong>ROLES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Managing the service delivery team in your region, recruiting and training service delivery specialists, to ensure that customer services are delivered with the highest quality.</li><li>Setting and implementing customer service delivery standards, to achieve a consistent and excellent support service level.</li><li>Ensure that we maintain sufficiently skilled resources as needed, and to promote new revenue opportunities for HRS.</li><li>Clients relationship management, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with products and services by HRS. Representation of the HRS’ interests in your region.</li><li>Assisting with sales and marketing activities, attracting new clients, business development in your area</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>MAIN REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>At least 5 years of experience holding supervisory role.</li><li>Minimum 8 years of experience in the support or installation &amp; configuration of Hospitality PMS, POS products, together with the associated customer training.</li><li>Experience of working with competitive hospitality products including PMS and Spa systems; management experience in the hospitality industry is desirable.</li><li>Familiar with Oracle PL/SQL.
