<p><strong>AREA MANAGER – QSR</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>QSR RESTAURANT OPERATOR</strong></p><p><strong>INTERNATIONALLY RECOGNISED BRAND</strong></p><p><strong>BASED IN DUBAI</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Food People are working with a leading restaurant operator in the UAE market to support their search for an Area Manager to support the Head of Operations with responsibility of the UAE market. The role focusses around execution and implementation of the operations strategy within the organisation, in order to increase revenue and deliver a consistent superior customer experience whilst maximising employee performance.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Complete accountability of the business including operations, P&amp;L management, marketing and training.</li><li>Formulate and implement operations policies, procedures and quality systems.</li><li>Recommend and lead specific brand trainings as well as inspect brand operations to ensure they are in line with brand standards.</li><li>Analyse prices, competition and market segment at which the store openings are aimed at to ensure maximum profitability.</li><li>Plan and organise events, prepare promotions, sales and special marketing activities and ensure liaising with suppliers to ensure proper execution of marketing strategies.</li><li>Ensure the standards of operational health and safety are in line with government regulations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>KEY INGREDIENTS</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Must have had responsibility of a QSR restaurant brand with full P&amp;L responsibility.</li><li>Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Area Manager.</li><li>International brand experience is preferable.</li><li>Strong experience with delivery operations is essential.</li><li>Knowledge and experience in marketing techniques and implementing restaurant promotions/offers to increase footfall would be a strong advantage.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Please note, only candidates with relevant experience will be contacted to discuss the position in more detail.</strong></p>
