<p>As a manager of people, he will be accountable for the outputs/results of direct reports (Quantity, Quality, Time) and maintain a team of direct reports capable of producing the outputs required </p><p>β’ As a manager of department, he will be required to develop and implement quarterly Branch Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) in alignment with Companyβs short and middle term OKRs. </p><p>β’ Ensure appropriate organization design and business processes are in place while obtaining corresponding resources to deliver the OKRs and financial plans. Specific to the position: </p><p>β’ Possess a strong understanding of all rules and regulations as per the guidelines from local food control authorities. Ensure that all these regulations are 100 % always implemented in the branches.</p><p>β’ Provide support and mentoring to all staff to ensure maximum guest satisfaction, excellent social media scores and customer retention.</p><p>β’ Maximise the outlet profitability by ensuring that the FOH teams has complete understanding and knowledge of all products, menus and promos. Ensure that the team is constantly and subtly applying upselling and cross-selling tactics.</p><p>β’ Collaborate with the appropriate category managers (Corporate Executive Chef, Retail & Beverage Manager) for introducing and developing the right offers at the right place, for all units. Provide feedback and ideas to optimize and improve current offers considering market trends, customer feedback and personal experiences.</p><p>β’ Ensure the availability of right manpower at the right moment in the right place through an agile staff planning roster.</p><p>β’ Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback, training and coaching while recognizing employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment.</p><p>β’ Respond to customer complaints tactfully & professionally and ensure a timely and qualitative follow-up on all comments posted on the various social media channels including handling customer complaints. β’ Being in charge of the outlets, you are responsible for adherence to the operations SOP. β’ Liaise with the Marketing Manager in creating and implementing various marketing and promotional animations, as per the Brand management & Marketing SOP. </p><p>β’ Ensure correct handling, storage and usage of all stored product and supervise all stock related administration tasks, such as goods ordering, goods receiving, goods return</p>
