Position: Architectural Engineer (Site Engineer) <br>Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia <br>Native Arabic-speaking candidates with Transferable sponsorship. <br>Desired Skill Set: <br>Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering with a strong background in Civil and <br>Electromechanical. <br>Civil &amp; Electromechanical background is preferred <br>3-5 years of proven working experience <br>Native Arabic speaking (only) &amp; Good in English. <br><br>Excellent knowledge of design &amp; visualizations software such as Auto Cad or similar <br>Strong communication and interpersonal skills. <br><br>Strong knowledge of managing and resolving problems on the site. <br><br>Strong knowledge in the Saudi market to bring the best required building materials . <br><br>The ability to search and navigate the market . <br><br>Roles and Responsibilities <br><br>Supervise, Survey construction projects. <br>Conduct regular site investigations and monitor the progress of the project. <br>Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure project progress properly. <br>Monitor project progress and ensure design specifications, safety, and sanitation standards are <br>met. <br>Assess potential risk, materials, and material and labor costs. <br>Produce engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and <br>schedules. <br>Carryout technical and feasibility studies <br>Prepare for the proposal of precase structural design for estimation <br>Prepare the drawings of Cladding with complete details <br>Coordinate between structural &amp; architectural and electro mechanical works to provide <br>technical suggestion in achieving architectural requirements. <br>Conduct Quantity surveying, landscape levelling, <br>Prepare conclusion and analysis reports <br>Liaise with various contractors, suppliers, and direct laborers. <br>Performs other related duties as assigned <br>Bring samples and materials required for construction from the market . <br>Remuneration: Competitive salary based on industry standards and candidate experience. <br>Medical insurance in accordance with company policy <br>Holiday pay and flight ticket at the end of the contract period.
