Job Description
An award-winning architecture firm is seeking to hire an Architectural draftsman/3D Visualiser.
- Building codes, regulations, and municipality submission layouts/formats.
- Deliver complete construction and detail drawings for tendering and municipality submissions.
- Produce realistic CGI’s.
Skills
General Requirements and Qualities:
- Architecture-related Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
- At least two years of experience in Kuwait.
- Knowledge of Kuwait’s building codes, regulations, and municipality submission layouts/formats.
- Evidence of good design understanding.
- Ability to deliver complete construction and detail drawings for tendering and municipality submissions.
- Demonstrated exceptional proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Evidence of substantial experience in either Rhino or 3Ds Max and accompanying rendering packages.
- Excellent skills in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Being technically proficient in Revit and have in-depth knowledge of BIM would be advantageous.
- Ability to produce realistic CGI’s.
- English and Arabic communication skills.
