<p>Job Title: Senior Architectural Designer</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Designer who is skilled in detailed design, technical drawings, and 3D visualization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3ds Max, and Corona Renderer to produce realistic and high-quality renders that showcase the design vision.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and vision for their project</li><li>Develop detailed design concepts and plans that meet client needs and align with project requirements</li><li>Create technical drawings and specifications for construction and permit applications</li><li>Utilize 3ds Max and Corona Renderer to create photorealistic architectural visualizations</li><li>Use Photoshop to enhance and retouch visualizations and design presentations</li><li>Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design plans are executed correctly</li><li>Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet timelines and budget</li><li>Stay up-to-date with emerging rendering techniques, software, and hardware to ensure high-quality deliverables</li><li>Mentor and guide junior staff in design, technical drawings, and 3D visualization</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field</li><li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and visualization</li><li>Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, and Photoshop</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Understanding of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws</li><li>Portfolio of previous work showcasing exceptional design and visualization skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you are a seasoned Senior Architectural Designer with exceptional skills in detailed design, technical drawings, 3D visualization, and rendering, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Please send your CV and portfolio on Info@thedastudio.com</strong></p>
