<strong>Company Description</strong><p><br></p>Renowned Architectural Firm, based in Lebanon, UAE and in the US.<p><br></p>www.soma.us<p><br></p><strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p><strong>Role &amp; Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Developing, organizing and reviewing design plans</li><li> Ensuring that projects design meet environmental, safety, structural, zoning and aesthetic standards</li><li>Determining and scheduling different stages of the design process, in accordance to the client needs. </li><li>Monitoring the progress of the project design and ascertain whether phases of the process are in compliance with plans and project deadlines</li><li>Leadership skills, as they are responsible for managing and directing other professionals involved in the project</li><li>Technical skills, as architectural project managers need to use CADD technology to create plans as part of building information modeling (BIM)</li><li>Visualization skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Coordinate with architects and designers</li><li>Coordinate with different trade consultants (structure, MEP, FLS, traffic)</li><li> Attend clients and design team meetings and create comprehensive reports and action lists</li><li>Attend clients and design team meetings and create comprehensive reports and action lists</li></ul><p><br></p><strong> Required Skills &amp; Experience:</strong><p><br></p>Revit<p><br></p>Microsoft Project or primavera<p><br></p>Proven experience working on big scale projects<p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Master’s degree in Architecture</li><li> 4+ years of experience</li></ul><p><br></p>Additional Information<p><br></p><strong>If you are interested please share your CV &amp; Portfolio</strong>
