<strong>Job Title: Architectural Designer / Retail</strong><p><br></p><strong>Role Objective</strong><strong>: </strong><p><br></p>Supporting the store design process and implementation of physical retail expansion plans, collaborating with the Store Development team on the entire end-to-end retail development cycle and helping to further refine our retail store footprint as we scale, to work closely with PD and Field teams to create the best-in-class store environments that optimally reflect the Parachute aesthetic.<p><br></p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Architect with </li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 4 years GCC experience in Retail Projects design.</li><li>Excellent technical skills, particularly with CAD software and 3D max visualizer</li><li>Strong creative design and time management skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Key Responsibility:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage the end-to-end store design process for new stores, renovations, and remodels, ensuring all designs are brand-appropriate, customer-focused, and creatively driven.</li><li>Create comprehensive conceptual design presentations including inspiration gathering, material boards, renderings, elevations, mock-ups, and fixture development as required for internal design reviews.</li><li>Lead the schematic design process and prepare drawings, renderings, and other presentation materials as required for internal approvals and architect handoff.</li><li>Using CAD/3D MAX/ Revit software and manual drawing techniques to produce architectural plans for management approval.</li><li>Partner and coordinate design activities with internal stakeholders, Branding, external architects, engineers, Mall team, Suppliers, and Vendors as required to ensure project criteria are met.</li><li>Meet with Product, Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure physical stores align with key Company objectives as needed.</li><li>Review shop drawings and landlord documentation as required.</li><li>Identify and escalate issues that can adversely impact project schedules, costs, or design integrity.</li><li>Conducting research and attending workshops and conferences to remain up to date with the latest design trends.</li><li>Interacting with other Architects and Designers to exchange ideas and provide support.</li><li>Ensuring that all layouts and blueprints are compliant with industry codes and legal standards.</li></ul>
