As an Architect at Archiplexus, pivotal role in designing and managing architecture projects, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design architecture projects from inception to completion, demonstrating creativity and technical expertise.</li><li>Develop comprehensive project design plans, including detailed drawings and specifications.</li><li>Ensure designs adhere to local and international regulations and standards.</li><li>Provide technical input to ensure designs meet project management and quality requirements.</li><li>Monitor design quality and maintain consistency across projects.</li><li>Collaborate with the project management team and contractors to ensure construction aligns with design and project requirements.</li><li>Monitor construction quality and maintain consistency across projects.</li><li>Manage construction costs and expenses effectively.</li><li>Foster strong client relationships and prioritize client satisfaction.</li><li>Manage client expectations regarding project scope, design, and construction.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in architecture and project management.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of local and international regulations and standards related to architecture and construction.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you are a highly skilled Architect with a passion for innovative design and project management, we invite you to apply.
