COLLECTING POOL OF CANDIDATES FOR OUR UPCOMING PROJECTS IN IRAQ!

Description:

• Full understanding of projects’ requirements concerning time, cost and quality.
• Develop project innovative concept design to fulfil client’s requirements and project’s needs.
• Develop project’s concept design and prepare detail design drawings.
• Prepare Architectural permitting drawings, and assure full compliance with all Authorities’ requirements, regulations and international standards.
• Coordinate with all disciplines at all stages to develop a fully coordinated project.
• Study, analyze and provide technical solutions for design problems.
• Meet clients/ Developers/ Authorities for technical discussions when required.
• Drive innovative and cost-effective solutions into the design.

Skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Architectural Design.
• Ability to lead mid-size projects and coordinate fully with other disciplines.
